Questions about our courses

After I purchase a course when will I be able to start?

You will get instant access to the entire course upon successful completion of the payment process. We’ll also send you a confirmation email, which will include a quick link to your chosen course.

Do you offer support to help me through my course?

All courses have been carefully designed to take you on a step-by-step learning journey, so you should not need any help to complete your course. However, if you do want to discuss a particular topic, please email info@icm.education

How do I enrol on one of your courses?

Simply register with your nearest ICM approved centre and choose the course you wish to take. Your centre will then complete the process on your behalf.

How long will I have access to the course content?

Even when you’ve completed your course, you will still retain access to the content. You can revisit the topic to refresh your knowledge at a later date that suits you.

How long will the course take to complete?

That’s difficult to answer as different courses take different amounts of time to complete; it will depend on the speed at which you learn. As a rough guide you can expect to spend between 15-30 minutes per module. The number of modules are displayed in each individual course page. We will also provide an average learning time for each course based on the findings of our test team.

Will there be a test to complete?

Yes, our courses do include assessments, but they’re not like the traditional tests we all had at school. As you work through the course materials you will have to complete interactive quizzes and mini-tests as you study. Most courses also contain an end-of-course assessment before you are able to gain your award.

Questions about getting certified

Can I get a certificate when I complete my course?

Yes, all our courses come with an official certificate when you have successfully completed the course.

Do I have to pay for my certificate?

No. Certificates are included in the price of all of our paid for courses.

The only exception to this is our free courses, which give you an opportunity to buy a certificate should you want to. So, if you wish to receive a certificate upon completion of a free course, you simply select that option once completed.

How secure is your payment system?

We take the security of your personal information very seriously, so we use industry standard encryption to protect you. During the payment process you will see a padlock sign on your web browser; this shows you that our 256-bit SSL certificate is protecting any information transmitted over the Internet.

What if I change my mind after I have ordered a course?

Hopefully that wont happen. We've taken the time to clearly describe our courses so you should always know exactly what to expect.

Why do you need me to register with you?

We simply need a few personal details in order to process your transaction, and get in touch with you about your selected courses.

Your personal information is always secure with us; we never sell, share or distribute your data with any third party.

Why have I seen repeated content in different courses?

While each of our courses is unique, it is possible that very small amounts of content are repeated. This is simply because certain fundamental business principles apply to a range of business topics, and so are appropriate to discuss in more than one course. When you see repetition of an idea, this is a sign of its importance.

Will the courses work on my tablet and mobile?

Yes, all of our courses will work on smart phones and tablets, so you can complete your course at a time and location that best suits your needs.

We recommend using a smart phone with a 5-inch screen or larger.
